Everyone have their own idea about creativity. For me I totally agree with Linda Naiman (founder of creativityatwork.com)

I define creativity as the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing. Innovation is the production or implementation of an idea. If you have ideas, but don't act on them, you are imaginative but not creative.

 

 There is so many creative people in this world, being creative involves ,novelty, Innovation and invention.

Innovation is the process of making improvement. It is involves a revolution of an existing product in terms of the way it is seen or used in new way that had not been thought of. to be called an innovation, an idea must be replicable at an cost and must satisfy a specific need.
